  Worst so far
Me and my wife stayed at your hotel on July 28th The service was terrible. And we were given a room with a pull out bed. Normally IM given a complimentary room but my wife insisted on staying at your establishment. We have had comps from other casinos (Trop, Marina and Caesar's) and this visit to the Hilton was the absolute worst. as i am writing this to see if there will be some type of response from customer service ,, but reading previous comments i doubt that will happen as it seems there customer service is not in the habit of satisfaction,,,The only thing good from trip is i was able to walk away with about $800 from black jack...not bad

My wife and I stayed here on a Monday thru Wednesday. Upon check-in we were asked if we had stayed before. We replied it was our first time. We received an upgraded, large corner room, very nice. $56. The clientele was older than we saw at other casinos. The slots were tight. The staff, except for housekeeping, was indifferent. It's the last casino at the sothern end of the boardwalk. Would stay again only for the room rates and if we could get the upgraded room.

A bad hotel even by Hiltons ever sinking standards. A overpriced ripoff!

I agree with Bob. When this was the Golden Nugget operated by Steve Wynn it had a magical feel. When it was changed to Bally's Grand it felt ok, but just ok. Now it is just another Hilton nothing special. The location is really bad but that isn't their fault however the decor is. The change from the Nugget to the Hilton has taken its toll. I will never visit again. Trump Plaza or Trump Taj Mahal are much better.

My husband and I stayed at your hotel on July 26th and were given a room with a pull out bed. The service was terrible. The room was complimentary but was not even worth the compliments. The room number was 2101. We have had comps from other casinos (Trop, Marina and Caesars) and the Hilton is the absolute worst. We have written many letters with no response from your president Len DeAngelo so as I far as I'm concerned your customer service stinks also. You obviously don't care about the comfort of your customers. The last time we were in Atlantic City we stopped at the Hilton to get our cash comps and left and did not even gamble a nickel, we spent it at another casino instead that appreciates our business. I hope this sheds some light on ouor feelings. June & Paul Mandelaro

This Hotel was originally the Golden Nugget. It has Very large, extremely comfortable rooms that are tastefully decorated and quiet. Service is very good. The hotel is no longer as spotless as it was as the Golden Nugget and, to a lesser extent, as Ballys Grand, but it remains a top choice.
