My husband and myself have been staying at your casino for 2 plus years. We go through waves as well as waves winning money also. I have recently made it to diamond status. When we were gold we were treated excellent and the same excellence ontinues being diamond. Our rooms have always been spotless, comfortable and appealing. We would like to see some more entertainment there, but for us the entertinment is also playing at the slots. We would like to see some rooms with a jacuzzi, after playing all night our backs hurt and would enjoy the privacy of a in room jacuzzi. We like the privacy away from the boardwalk. If we want the boardwalk we will stay at one of your boardwalk properties. We love Harrah's and we have never stayed anywhere else. it is tempting but we love the familar friendly faces at Harrah's. Bring on the jacuzzi's throw in a couple of shows on your property and it would be totaly perfect. We also think that your shuttle is going to work well. It just started tody so good luck. Also allthe stff in the diamond lounge were enjoyable to be with.

Love your hotel and Casino. Your doing a great job with the poker room.
You will have to rate your players soon in the poker room.

i love the beautiful rooms in the bay tower. The beds are very comfortable.the buffet is very good.the view is nice.I have been going to your casino, since it opened. The staff is always very friendly. it makes you feel special.I am not to lucky, but i always have a nice time.I go to your casino every 1 to 2 weeks.I like the music very much. The shows are always very good. The new bar by the valet is really nice. The only downfall is the turbo toilet sounds at 5 in the morning!!!Oh the pool is great to and so is the gym.

The last time we stayed in your hotel the room was dirty and there was a large stain on the rug and the furniture was not in good shape. We paid over $200.00 per night and we even wrote a letter to the CEO and we got a pointed one back as if to say "sorry try again".

My wife Joan and I have been going to Harrah's since 1989. We always loved it!
Unfortunately, over the years, there have been some changes we do not like.
We miss Broadway on The Bay Theatre. We always ejoyed going to the shows, which for some reason , no longer exist. We are very disappointed about this.
Recenlty I heard the Deli Restaurant closed. I also heard it wasn't going to open again. Another sad choice by Harrah's. My wife and I always cherished haveing lunch there after a 4 hour drive from Long Island. I hope it is true that it will reopen on June 17 since I am scheduled to be at Harrah's on July 4 weekend.
I hope Harrah's continues to try hard and make positive changes, not negative ones. If this continues, my wife and I will have to associate ourselves with another hotel that is more to our liking.
Harrah's should wise up. The Borgata will soon be opening and many customers will be going there instead of Harrah's.
I wish Harrah's good luck.

This hotel is OK, but just ok. Trump Marina next door is much better. The rooms in the Marina tower are great but lack personality. I personally do not favor the marina but when it is necessary to stay near by Trump Marina is a much better choice.

Technically, the new Marina Tower Rooms are more nicely furnished than the older Harbor Tower Rooms. However, the 2 times I've stayed in the Marina Tower, too much light comes in from under the door and the pillows feel like overinflated balloons. Housekeeping can help with the latter problem. Casino personnel are friendly and allow you to continue with your lower minimum bet if you are playing when the table minimums are raised. Excellent service. You can walk to Trump Marina but not to any of the other casinos.

Friendly dealers, nice casino, exactly what you expect from a Harrah's property. But, the casino is not within walking distance to others.
