Mrs. Dorosky
My husband and I stayed there on 4/15 till 4/17 and we had a beautiful room with a great ocean view, the room was very clean and neat. The location of the hotel was exceptional. Just a few seconds to the boardwalk and the restaurants affliated with the Claridge. The employees of the casino were very kind and if you had a question theywere there to help, overall I totally reccomend this Hotel, and plan on staying there again in the near future.

Now-days Claridge
While it is true that the "smaller is friendlier" is gone forever, swallowed up by big corporate business, I still like the great location, short distance to elevators and rooms, and the smiling staff. As part of the Harrahs empire, not much attention is being paid to the teenie-weenie "Claridge Tower." It's a shame, since it's such a beautiful, old-styled hotel. It was far worse last year when Bally's owned [and mis-managed] the property. Give the Claridge another chance, especially since your comp-card rates you at all four of Harrahs properties. There are even shuttle-buses to transport you from one to another. Of course you could stroll the world-famous boardwalk, something that no other "gaming" city has!!

The worst
I was there a few weeks ago with some friends, the management has no controll over the dealers, they are rude, and almost want you to play somewhere else, and really go out of there way to bring any fun or flow of a table to a halt. To many punks

yes i come to your casino once a month. was evening there on feb. when mangement change the system which was very poorly handled did u ever hear if it's not broken don't mess with it. your casino is far from being handicapped accessable your elevator stucks if i'm in the middle of the floor i have to run all the way @ the end to caught that elevator or wait for 5 mins for the door to open by me have a brace on my leg which is very hard than go to the machine to get my money now the slots won't take that vocher now i have to wait in a long line to cash this ticket than finally get help and the clerk @the cion redemption booth is very nasty with the people maybe instead of changing the system mangement need to send those very nasty clerk to school.

I've stayed at just about every hotel in A.C. but until the Claridge I didn't know what class could be. The employees are absolutely wonderful, kind, thoughtful, accommodating and personable.
I will never stay any place else.

All the people are very hospitable. Smaller is friendlier. Only wish that your
casino did'nt decide to take away the high roller room where the nickel games
are. That was an elite area, and the one you have now is not as away from
everything, and not as accomodating to the high rollers, or regulars that
frequented the high roller area. Your doing away with the club house, where will the new one be? Hope that there will still be one! After frequenting your
hotel, and casino would not want to have to go somewhere else.

I have stayed in just about every hotel in AC and have found the Claridge to be five star.

The end of August of this year a friend of mine and I stayed at the Claridge. We were on the 20th floor. Approximately 2 A.M. the fire alarm sounded and over the loud speaker we were told to evacuate - do not use the elevators, etc. We walked down 20 floors out to the street. Upon returning to the lobby we were told nothing. After about an hour we were told we could return to our rooms with absolutely no explanations. This was very frightening. I think management should have made some effort to reassure people and also do something nice - a drink, coffee, breakfast - something after this ordeal. The worse part was there was no one to give us direction or an explanation. I like the Claridge and over the course of the years stayed there many times but this really upset me. By the time we got downstairs I was shaking like a leaf and it ruined the entire next day.
Thank you.
